At Kovok Threds, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• You received a defective or damaged item.

• You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

To initiate a return, please email us at studytapdeveloper@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of the issue

• Supporting images (in case of damaged or wrong item)

We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide instructions for return shipping, if applicable.

❌ Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom printed or personalized items

• Items purchased during clearance sales

• Gift cards

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

🔁 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request email. We’ll process the exchange based on stock availability.

📦 Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
